Inspired by the East and Fermented in the West with a European heart and soul, Kashaya Kombucha is a raw, living fermented tea. 
Drawing upon the ancient knowledge of Ayurvedic Nutrition and applying it the locally-sourced fruits, herbs and plants within Europe, to zest-up your kombucha, we are using sustainable methods of production and fermentation. This includes the sourcing of fair-trade ingredients for the betterment of our environment and everyone engaged throughout the lifecycle of this project, including you.


Mother Earth’s health is key to our survival on this planet, and our mission to keep her strong and healthy while informing people through our products, is why we are here. You are made up of living bacteria, Kombucha is filled with living bacteria, the Earth is made of entire ecosystems of living bacteria.
