Kombucha is a raw, probiotic and antioxidant-rich living drink. It is a fermented tea that is most famous for its delicious and tangy flavour and its numerous health benefits. No one knows exactly when Kombucha was first discovered, although many stories are told, some records indicate that it dates back to over 2,000-3,000 years from Asia. It has since travelled throughout the world and now Kombucha fermentation is bubbling and exploding here in Europe.

A wild fermentation happens when you mix a blend of tea, cane sugar and a SCOBY. We like to use all organic and pure ingredients. The SCOBY or in other words – the Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria & Yeast - parties with the sugar and tea to create a delicate, living drink that is full of love and natural bubbles. Not only is Kombucha vegan but it is lactose and gluten free, packed full of essential B vitamins, that are essential for the functioning of our body.
