Inspired in the East and fermented in the West with a European heart & soul, Kashaya Kombucha is a botanical elixir with ancient origins of over 2,000 years. Inspired by Ayurvedic philosophy and the Chakras, we combine locally sourced herbs, fruits & roots based on ancestral European recipes.

We have transformed our Fermentaria with our mother Earth in mind, by sourcing sustainable building materials close to home and with the lowest possible carbon footprint after its circle of life.
